what causes lower back pain while sleeping
Lower back pain after delivery? What should I do? Anyone else experience?
For the past two weeks I have begun to get lower back pains while trying to sleep. I can not sleep on my stomach at all and that even hurts to lie on my back. The most comfortable position is on my side. Just wondering what could be. It is caused by childbirth? Will it disappear after a while or I have to get it checked out?
If you got the epidural, then it is likely that this is what is causing your pain .. I had my daughter naturally and never had any back pain .. However, all the 5 of my sisters who have given birth and received epidural anesthesia all the time complaining of back pain. There really isn't anything you can do for others then use a heating pad, and see to get to talk to your doctor about this .. Good luck, and congratulations on your new baby
