upper back pain arm numbness
I have numbness in the left upper arm / shoulder.what I can take to help relieve pain or tingling?
I went to see a specialist again in November mir had a cervical and showed I have a pinched nerve in vertabre between 4 and 5, the doctor advised me that was causing the numbness in my area shoulder and upper arm, gave me a steroid injection in my shoulder, helped for the past two months, but now has returned with more irritation.Is any extent opptions treatment?
1) obtaining X-ray and see a chiropractor GOOD 2) how I can know? I have six vert damaged, a spur bone in the neck and several pinched nerves and live in pain 24 / 7 and the remote control only relief I get for any amount of time is going to the chiropractor. 3) is much better for you that steroids, Motrin or pain medication.
