Do I have whiplash?
I'm probably just paranoid, we were in a car accident yesterday when the vehicle crashed into barriers to the left and right on the main road we were traveling at low speed – 40-50km / h. I went for a checkup a couple of hours after accident and that an X-ray and told me he was fine. Since the accident I had pain in my right shoulder first, then my mid back around my column today and now my lower back, upper spine and neck (front and back). I've also experienced headaches today. Do I have whiplash if so what should I do? Or if I take a muscle relaxant and analgesic for bruises? If it sounds like you have. Take ibuprofen to stop any swelling, so long as you are not allergic to it. You can also take a mild pain if you feel you really need. I had this a couple of months and the doctor told me that there is fair treatment and anti inflams analgesics. He also told me gently exercise the neck to prevent stiffening.
