I have lower back and leg pain caused by pinched nerves, gastrointestinal bleeding, and moderate / severe depression. For 18 years. I completed Commercial / Industrial Air Conditioning (installation of heating and air) No way I can do that. How can I get help to go to school, pay my bills and get a new career that pays decent money? Sorry, I'm told that I am aware rehabilitation of VOCs, but do not understand exactly what they do. some feel I have to lie to get some help. I know the usual work. cannot pay bills at $ 10/hr
