I have HSV2, and I'm about to start a 13-day course of prednisone for sciatica. Will this aggrevate ..?

Generally speaking, taking steroids can cause an outbreak if you have herpes. This question is better asked of your doctor, he or she will be able to tell if your dose of steroids is high enough to cause a risk.
