The relief of sciatica pain?
Hello, I have a herniated disc and a collapsed disc in my spine. I am a college student 20 years old. I think the herniated disc is creating pressure on my sciatic nerve causing me severe pain in my right lower back to my leg. My doctor prescribed me tramadol for pain, but I like to stop the pain completely. Is there anything I can do about it besides surgery?
What discs are causing the problem? The MRI report will give the location of the discs and if you want help, I need to know that the discs.
