sciatica for life
I have a pain of sciatica from 2.5 years tell me it's curable or should I tolerate this for all my life?
I have a pain of sciatica from 2.5 years and am having treatment for, general practitioner, I inject and manipulate my spine. Now I have pain in my leg, but I have an inflammation in the lower back and I can not sit without support and can not take pesos. Can you heal Tell me, I will be normal again and regain my life? or should I go for surgery? or should I continue treatment (but relief for me just 1 month and again I inflammation).
This depends on the cause of sciatica pain, but U could try to see a physiotherapist who can use some very good treatments to help u. It also supports compression back are good for correct posture and improve pain. Swimming is the best exercise for building back muscles and make sure your bed is firm support for the night. My orthopedist told me that some of his patients sleep with a hard board under the mattress!
