middle back pain near spine

How to adjust your neck gently using the technique of automatic adjustment.

Almost everyone has experienced an awakening with a sore neck. Or something happens and the neck just hurts and you can barely turn my head. Most chiropractors charge around $ 75 for a visit of ten minutes to force the neck back into position, almost always cause soft tissue damage. Some chiropractors even clients of ice after an adjustment! Another case of the cure being worse the disease. Now, with the automatic adjustment technique, you can take maters into their hands. Not only that, but it can be done without effort, cracking, or pain.

The most common alignment in the neck is a rotation. That is, the vertebra rotates to one side or the other. The first thing I would do is feel and find where the neck is tender. It will probably be more sensitive side of the vertebra than the other. The part of the vertebra that protrudes at the back of the neck is called the spinous process. Many muscles attach to it, and when you press on the muscles, you find the tenderness in which are grouped in front of the vertebral rotation. Finding what is out and how is very important, so you know which way to adjust. Painful or sensitive areas is one way to do this. Feel all, to know what's really going on in your neck.

Adjustment takes a little pressure on the muscles and neck rotation. By clicking on the help release muscles, and the natural movement of a nod brings things back where they belong. For example, say the third cervical is about two and a half years three advanced below the skull base has shifted to the right. To adjust, take your left hand behind the back of the neck and press on right side of the vertebra. The middle finger works well, but no matter, just so you can pull in the muscles just to the right of the spine and pull it to the left. Gently press into the muscle to release and encourage the spine to the left. Leave your chin a bit and slowly turn your head to the right allowing your finger to follow along in the muscle as you turn your head. It only takes about four ounces of pressure, sometimes even less.

That is the basic Auto Adjust technique for adjusting the neck. You can download this article for free on the site. It has a couple of photos that will help you understand the technique. There are many other techniques for most all areas of the body. The DVD includes several ways to adjust the hips back and ribs, which are some of the most common uncomfortably for alignment.
