lower back pain when bending over

One of the most common anatomic people's complaints is back pain (the second most common neck pain!). More and more we seem to suffer back pain and research shows that most of us will experience back pain at least once in our lives. However, for many people the first time back pain sufferers is the first of many episodes that occur during their lifetime. This is NOT because back pain is a "mysterious disease" that nobody can fix. Rather, it is because most people never the first episode of back pain is treated properly and so are left with a weakness in the muscles around the back and the nucleus. Or you can stay with a restriction in one or two lumbar joints or a muscle spasm.
If the back has "healed" over time, but these underlying problems are not addressed, it is likely that the person will have episodes of back pain more often and without reason "apparent".
A logical approach to ensure the back is moving in the moving, not moving in that should not move and is strong enough to muscle around of the spine to deal with sitting at a desk all day, driving, riding and all activities that involve the patient in the best way to treat back pain. The spinal column, the muscles surrounding the spine and core muscles deep all be evaluated.
This is a 3-stage program that is very effective:
1) Low back pain almost always involves restricted movement of the spine. Precise joint mobilization techniques are the most effective way to restore pain free movement of natural segments of the spine. Many people believe that manipulation of the whole should be painful and aggressive, this is not the case. Joint mobilization techniques are based on recent research in New Zealand, Australia, USA and the United Kingdom. They are soft, non-aggressive and highly effective. Often this restoration technique pain free full range of motion in a single session.
2) The back pain is associated always with muscle spasms and stiffness. Muscles around the lower back have a direct connection to the spine and pelvis. Tightness in these muscles, inevitably an imbalance occurs that affects posture, walking and running techniques. As a result, certain muscles have to work more than others to compensate. This causes fatigue, pain and dysfunction. The muscular system attached to the skeletal system. Therefore, muscles around the back make extra stress on the lumbar spine, causing pain. The techniques of soft tissue massage to restore and revitalize the muscles release of their daily functioning normal. If it is the muscles of the fault, these techniques can also relieve pain in one session.
3) Many people have heard of the stabilization base run, but very few people know what it is or how to improve it. Contrary to popular belief belief, the nucleus is the "Six Pack" muscles often in the muscular organs. When used correctly, the term "core" refers to the deeper muscles that are known as muscle local or postural. These postural muscles are specifically designed to stabilize the spine and pelvis during movements created by other muscles larger as the abdominals (six pack). Without a stable nucleus, the column becomes vulnerable during everyday movements such as bending over to tying shoelaces. Repeated movements with an unstable nucleus will inevitably cause pain and stiffness in the muscles associated. Also accelerate osteoarthritis of the spine and make you more likely to get a disc prolapse. Training and education of the nucleus is difficult to provide someone with necessary skills can be taught. The stabilization of the core does not mean hard sessions in the gym are required. Simple core exercises for stability can be easily incorporated into the daily routine of any person in a week or two you should notice significantly less back pain.
The most exciting is that after this program, patients rarely experience back pain again as the underlying cause has been addressed and treated. We've had patients who have been in the list for spinal surgery to undertake this program. Within weeks without pain are no longer needed surgery. And what is more than the pain has not returned.
