lower back pain weight lifting

Low back pain weight lifting?
I started lifting weights a few months ago, nothing that is beyond my abilities and I have learned appropriate techniques. My back feels good until you try to fold down, or touch my toes during stretching or lifting a bar to make clean pulls, squats or above. It is sometimes worse than others. I also carry stress in my back and shoulders in knots, but I think that's what it is. Pain is a feeling somewhere between beats and constant, and feels a little more to the right of my spine to the left and middle, but I feel too. However, does not extend beyond the base of my spine so I do not think he injured his sciatic nerve. Laying face down on the edge of my bed often helps, but is there best I can do something besides go to a doctor or a chiropractor?
There is much disagreement about the effectiveness and risks of chiropractic treatment. In my opinion, is all you need is to say about chiropractic adjustment: A chiropractor can not "cure" their condition or any other – at best just make your muscles feel better. It would be best to first see your doctor-a real doctor and be referred to a physiotherapist or an orthopedic specialist. I would advise her to do everything possible to avoid chiropractic treatment, as they usually do more harm than good. Chiropractors have to believe that everything makes conditions that can only be arranged for them to convince patients that we can not live comfortably without visits twice a week. I had an accident last year stroke as a result of chiropractic treatment and have since become a priority to raise awareness of the dangers of chiropractic care. I ask nobody goes to visit a chiropractor to be aware of the risks and make an informed decision about treatment. Although the Chiropractic community argue that I have no title and I do not know what I'm talking about, just want to make sure people who believe that chiropractic treatment is the risk. I have nothing to gain this. Chiropractors can say the same? Make sure you get the two sides of the story!
