lower back pain week before period
Relief for back pain and cramps?
I had period like cramps and back pain (I have when I had my previous periods as well) since yesterday. I have received a few BH contractions last night and some this morning. Besides laying down and drinking water is there anything else I can do? (BH contractions kept getting night, even while laying down and drinking water) I feel very uncomfortable. I am 26 weeks.
