I have this at the beginning of last month and I am now 13 weeks pregnant … I wonder if maybe this is related to my body changes and grows. The pain in my lower back around the hips lower and above the buttocks. Last month, lasted about a week and nothing is completely relieved. Also I have a little pain in my upper left buttock. Does anyone experience?

Yes I have it now … although I did not understand it so soon. But with each woman and every pregnancy can be different. In general, because while pregnant women release a hormone that relaxes the ligaments around the pelvis (and elsewhere) – that helps accelerate the delivery. Avoid sitting for long periods of time and change positions often. We also do some gentle exercise would not hurt. I put either a hot water bottle in the area or rubbing some ointment as "hot ice" that helps and is safe. Also I have my husband to massage the area a bit for the better. Unfortunately, only get worse and more persistent as their movements in pregnancy … because the bigger you are more your center of gravity will change. Do not wear anything with heels and try to raise your feet once you come home to try to reduce the strain on your back. If it gets really bad mention in your next ob appointment and see what your doctor has to say.
