Is it safe for low back adjustments during pregnancy. I'm about over 28 weeks and each Extreme pain days I suffer from lower back. It hurts so much that I want to mourn to sleep. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance for responding.

I worked for chiropractic offices in the past and in each of the offices I worked on we did have pregnant patients. We've had patients went to term, but did not get a wide range of adjustment at that time were put on a roller table and things of that nature. Chiropratics mostly safe during pregnancy. I would recommend going to a very reputable chiropractor who has experience with pregnant patients and with adjustments to make in someone who is as far as you over and over more. Could conceivably have sciatica is very common during pregnancy and is a sharp pain in the lower back, buttocks and legs (usually a face). It is the result of pressure from the sciatic nerve have been imposed by the baby and the extra weight in turn the position. Some relief may be offered through chiropractic adjustments. Good luck!
