lower back pain scar tissue
Adhesions can be problematic for the stools?

I had blood work done, everything, including the thyroid is normal, but I have a pain excruciating in my lower right quadrant, it hurts when I breathe or the area touched. I know its not my appendix, no fever, and even today, the pain comes and va. My doctor saw me for 5 minutes and it really does not give me the time of day. I have had over 7 surgeries in the abdomen from a hysterectomy to have put in my bladder have taken place and accessions before this. I do not think that a colonoscopy will say anything if scar tissue is the cause. Should there be a CT and I just go directly to the emergency room? HELP!

It is true that you have adhesions after 7 abdominal surgeries. Most likely the cause of pain. If they are unable to pass stool and gas better to go to the ER immediately. A CT scan of the abdomen would certainly help in the diagnosis instead of a colonoscopy
