lower back pain popping sound
Any idea why my neck hurts when I wake up?
When I wake in the morning my neck aches in the morning teribly. Is that when thers me awake even before looking up and better after 2 / 3 hours. I have a memory foam pillow. If I try and stay in bed and I have no pain in my lower back too and when I try rolling on my side to allieviate my shoulders hurt and my back hurts too much stilll. Sometimes in the morning is sizzling and foreign popping sounds in my head that feel as if they were in my neck. The back and shoulder discomfort has been troubling me for some years, I heard the sound effervescent many years and pain in the neck in the morning has been for a few months. It may be worth noting that if I have hypermobility syndrome in my digits and joints older. I've been tested a few years ago for arthritis has been negative. My GP said not inflamed joints with hypermobility syndrome, but I'm not agree because mine do! wondrered me if anyone else had similar problems and know what it is and how to avoid it?

Have you had an MRI to rule out a Cervical (neck) disc prolapse?
