lower back pain mri scan
Back pain – a single area of low back pain – help!?

I had an x-ray, magnetic resonance imaging (both returned to normal no disk damage, inflammation or swelling trapped nerves) anti-inflammatories, ibuprofen and physiotherapy. Nothing seems to help in 7 years. He had no trauma at all, just started one day. My physio was baffled and suggested maybe it was a muscle imbalace inner core muscles, but that doesn't account for only point of pain? I have a constant low back pain (worse when sitting or standing for long periods of time) but the strange thing is I have a unique and very small area of the pain – right on one of my vertebra or right between two not sure. It feels like its got a bruise or a painful burn their very sharp pain if I try and touch / poke / massage at the specific point. Can anyone help please? Above and below the area is very well without any pain.

could be your mattress? I know my back's been acting up lately and I have to turn right / pulling over my mattress or buy a new one because the dream i, lay and watch TV in a part of the mattress that seems to have an impact and I feel the pain almost every morning.
