lower back pain mountain biking

had a bad trip – how to recover?
we went about 90 miles on mountain bike cross country, two days ago, with some increases very unpleasant and very strong headwind on way back. I had some cramping really bad, but I rode through them just so that I could finish. Now, my legs are so painful that I can not go a few steps down the stairs without blinking. I tried to massage his legs with some Ben-Gay. I also tested a high-spin fifteen minutes workout low resistance to my coach because a friend told me that helps lactic acid in my legs and relieves pain. so far, however, nothing seems to be working. advice, anyone? or is the best way to deal with sore muscles just waiting it out? thanks in advance!
Keep legs in motion, its direction in the right direction with low resistance training. Eat plenty of foods rich in protein, like chicken. When you work, its fibers muscle tear a little, (this makes the pain) and as part of the recovery, repair so that they become stronger. Protein helps to accelerate this process. Also, stretch your legs, was injured during stretching, but should reduce the pain afterwards, and keep muscles and joints flexible. Depending of his form, the pain should start to diminish after a day or two. In the future, make a cooling stretch immediately after the ride. This will reduce opportunities to feel the same. Hope this helps.
