lower back pain massage
Question about chronic urinary tract infections?
I have really random, incredibly painful spasms in my lower back from time to time. I went to a doctor and had X-rays taken but all they did was give me a muscle relaxant and tell me I have back spasms. I was wondering if anyone else has this same problem and if there is anything I can do to prevent any of them completely or at least reduce the intensity? I mean, I'll take a glass of water and suddenly I can not move my body with pain. I had a massage for her, but do not seem to help, makes me feel drunk … please help!
u need to have an MRI ur back. X-rays do not show everything. good luck!
