lower back pain heat treatment
Herniated disc problems?

I am only 21 years and two lumbar disc herniation between L4-L5 or L5-S 1 -. I have gotten an MRI and is compressing my nerves, I think the bottom was protruding 5 mm and 4 mm for the other disc with disc height cut in half and the bottom two discs has lost a good part of its water content. I had pain every day for 7 months, and although a manageable point, I am not able to make any real activity like running, training, and basketball. I went to see Chira, did PT, elec. therapy, decompression traction, ice / heat, vitamins, exercise, and had cortisone injections without nothing seems to help. I'm considering going for a more invasive treatment now. Has any one been through this with a similar situation and has been able to really get New? It may sound silly, but it is important for me to be active again, at least for some years, I'd rather die at 30 then they can move like this for the rest of my life, not his life for me.

i already heard. I've been in extreme pain for 4 years. my lil sis has exactly the same as you, and had the fusion surgery Disk … what has really helped her. is doing everything which was especially able to do before their injuries. Best of luck to you.
