lower back pain from lifting
Low back pain by a doctor?

my daughter is a dancer, 14 to 89 pounds low. recently, the official line that it is on your computer dance, 3 are working on a lifting maneuver. They raise a girl in the middle who jumps into a split kick – one leg stretched over bent leg both arms outstretched to the sides. The girl is 110 if not more. My son helps him with his leg while helping another girl with her arm. I've taken my daughter to the doctor and the doctor said no lifting over 10 pounds, took today as a follow-up of the same no lift over 10 pounds. She has been dancing for 6 years now and never had a problem with his back until he picked up the child. Will all of my daughters dancing from step brought pain to his lower back? or is this trick because I want my son to lift that weight for my child? According to the professor for his daughter was the same, but your child is not the same as mine.

I am a football player with all kinds of back pain. I think the best thing to do would be to take her to a chiropractor for a bit and see what he or she like to say, then do a few sessions of low back. This has helpp my back a lot, I hope to do the same for her.
