Low back pain, Help!?

I'll run 4 miles over the weekend. Normally, the final few meters of the race is a sprint fast. This weekend after the race when I was doing a sprint for the final few meters, I felt something crack in the bottom of the back on the right side. I could feel the pain and scheduled for a few minutes. Since then there has been pain in my lower back. A few hours after the race, it was horrible and could barely move, excrutiating pain in lower back on the right side. Its been 2 days and now the pain is not as bad as it was before, but it still hurts my lower back, not only the right side. Someone please advice, it's just muscle pain? What are the resources. Also, when I sneeze / cough, lean forward while getting out of bed or a chair, my lower back hurts. Not sure if any muscle pain or injury to the spinal cord. Is there a way to find out? I walk well, although some low back discomfort.

If it's just muscle pain can get a magnetic back brace and wear that for a while. When I get you off my pain.
