lower back pain diabetes

Diabetes, simply, is a disease where the body can not produce or properly use insulin. In many ways, this is too simple, but for the purposes of herbal remedies is consistent with the law.
For a diabetic, there are three categories of herbs. There are those that do not change the levels of sugar, which breed and they fall. The latter two should be viewed with great care, diabetes life depends on it. Does that mean you should avoid all herbal supplements?
No, not exactly, but that means you have to be extremely careful. I urge all people who wish to use a supplement to discuss with the doctor and pharmacist. This is especially important if you have a condition that could change … or at the end … life.
Herbs that may increase the sugar: Licorice is the first thing that comes to mind, but not unique. Most people think of licorice as a type of candy, and this is so. One of the natural reasons is because it is sweet. To use licorice for some of its health benefits, you will have to take into account this natural sugar, or could have consequences mass.
Herbs that may have no effect … we know of: Stevia is a new grass again in diabetics. I tried to get contact the FDA regarding its position, as it is obscure to say the least. Some supplements have been approved stevia, but the last information I have has been found in any other category prohibited for diabetics. All the research I can find indicates that it is a problem, but I would suggest keeping an eye out for more information.
Herbs that lower sugar: You might think that this is a good thing, and is … ago correctly. A little sugar in the blood is as deadly as much, and levels must be controlled and held several times a day. Throw in some supplements and you may be in trouble.
Aloe vera can reduce blood sugar. It also has two side effects that I say it's bad for everyone and especially when taken bad for diabetics. Aloe contains cardiac glycosides that may affect how the heart. This is for everyone. For diabetics, can act as a laxative. Mix that with the tendency to reduce the sugar and has a potential problem.
Cinnamon blood sugar lower. Three major double-blind studies placebo-controlled studies have been controlled and it appears that this is true. That's good and bad. It's good, because being able to reduce the sugar, as needed is important. Uncontrolled, could reduce a lot of sugar.
This does not mean that a diabetic can not use the herbs, just have to be careful. In fact, to be honest, we all must be careful when choosing supplements. Your doctor and your pharmacist can be more than one friend, that could save your life.
