I've had this problem maybe about 3 months after I had my son did it for me Caesarean section and had an epidural. I'm 19 years old and have never experienced pain like this that start like this 1 mild strain in my area date back to mid my area of diaphragm in my lungs again, then I feel my time and I feel like nothing, but pressure on the spine so my lap times so far I feel like i cannot breathe because my chest tight until we know what's wrong can someone please help me?
The problem with most of epidural seems to be given to them when you're in great pain and the muscles tense and at that point you just block when the needle is inserted. Once the muscles release that should take care of the enclosed areas. Here is how to release them: Return: Place your left hand on his left knee. Place your right hand on your shoulder left and with your fingertips to find the muscle near his spine. Click on it and wait. Relax, breathe deeply and exhale and not tense up any part of his body. After about 30 seconds should not be a release happening and when it does come down slowly forward on his right leg. If you can lean on outer edge of the leg, the better for his release. Continue holding a total of one minute. Then release but the rest of his body there for another minute. Then go back and do the right side.
