lower back pain abdominal cramps

Does this sound like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? Back pain / leg pain / abdominal pain / cramping?
I am a 26 years. About 3 months, I started having lower left abdominal pain and cramping pain (a couple of inches below the navel and to the left). Attached with back pain and the pain itself / cramping sensation goes into my left hip / leg area. I had a CT scan and pelvic ultrasound showed that ovarian cysts, but my gynecologist says that pain has nothing to do with those that are normal. I went to my GI doctor and he said since there was a colonoscopy 6 months, there was nothing wrong with my colon and was diagnosed with IBS. Does this sound like the typical symptoms? I had a long history of constipation, but nothing in that area has changed over the years, its always stayed almost the same. Thanks for any help or advice.
I have IBS myself. If these are the symptoms of IBS. It's different for everyone, and I've heard of some cases that indicate abdominal pain, and other places and back. If you have had constipation problems for so long they have definitely IBS. I've never found anything more effective (in the management of IBS) to modify my diet. I heard that probiotics are good, (Do not tested yet) and you can get them at any health food store.
