Hurt my back, what should I do?
It hurts meter backstroke at work and I could not go to the office. I think it can bee my chair cause your squeekie and it bothers me. my husband said that emphasizes my back muscles so that I shuld get a new chair. im not sure if i dd i wHattt a jerk or what. but it's all over my back and it hurts so much. ICEE heeting ive fried but it doesn't seem to do anything. I took painkillers. should i tri yoga or something?
