I had a herniated disc 3 years ago, and my physical therapist said this is the best. swimming and walking (invest in a special pair of shoes Great for walking, make sure it is in discussions of air), and finally run if you can. good luck, and in the final analysis, ask your therapist or orthopedic doctor who cares for you:) Cheers, best of luck!
