can back pain cause breathing problems
Lortab / Vicodin question?
I am taking pain medication for back pain. I was watching the news today about vicodin can cause respiratory problems. I just take my pain medication (Lartab 7.5) as indicated. Not contain the drug Lortab Vicodin? Are they the same drug?
Lortab and Vicodin are the branded drugs. The active ingredients in both are hydrocodone and Tylenol. The lortab contains over each of these drugs. Yes if you take more than the max. the daily dose can cause respiratory problems, this is due to hydrocodone. If you do not take more than your doctor has prescribed and only for the pain does not need worry.
