What is the most likely cause of my upper spine "ish" Back pain??

Back pain hits-ARRHHH … Im 32 years old and my back Flamin 'until recently. It is not low back pain or lower, well-above in the thoracic region and there are "soft spots" in the hinge points .. Swelled by about a month or last year and left him. Now it's back-stiffness, pain in general joint pain-HELP Im worried because it's some type of degenerative arthritis things despite my doctors attempt to put out of office.

If Is using OTC as Motrin or Advil? Have you tried ice or heat? Get another doctor, I see a document in a column of physical medicine and rehabilitation center. Simply will have a strong anti-inflammatory to help overcome this bump. Of course, watch your posture! (The first thing doctors and PT will tell!) Before you see another doctor, take note of what helps and what aggravates the pain. They want to know if it radiates, if dull to sharp, worse in the morning or at night, among other things. I am only 31 and have been diagnosed degenerative disc disease and arthritis after a car accident. You're not too young to have back problems. Good luck!
