back pain lower left back
I have been having a sharp pain in my lower left back for the last couple of months and I'm booking …?

I have been receiving severe pain in my lower back left (on the right above my left buttock) when the skate area in the last couple of months and I'm getting tired of it. What is? How do I get rid of it? Do I have to see a doctor? I've been taking ibuprofen or Tylenol (2 500 mg) before the skate and the pain still comes. I went to WebMD.com and said his sore lower back. They said the exercise will dispose of it, but I sing with the exercise a sharp pain in the back. It hurts very badly. If someone (like a doctor perhaps) can help would be greatly appreciated.

The first / fastest thing to do is to see a massage therapist. They can help ensure that muscles do not be so strong that is what is causing the pain. (Because the pain may be referred all back) There is a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Davies book that can teach you how to help the muscles, pain and referred pain yourself. Sad to say more Md only give you drugs. And the therapists physicists tend to stretch the muscle with the knots still in it – very painful and damaging. Molasses (one or two drinks) and bananas are natural muscle relaxants, but also give you clues.
