DB Two Handed Swing
Starting Position: Take a dumbbell with both hands and squat with a wide stance so the dumbbells hanging between your legs. Keep your chest out, head up and the natural curve of your lower back.
Action: Rotate the dumbbell back through legs and reverse the direction of the force extends the knees and pushing your hips to swing out with dumbbells. The movement of the dumbbell comes from the explosion and crack the legs and hips, not arm strength. Your arms just guide dumbbell in a movement arched.
When the dumbbell reaches approximately shoulder height, a guide to the dumbbell back down the same road to the starting position, immediately leaving the dumbbell swing between the legs in preparation for the next repetition. Instructions: Use a timer for 10 minutes. Choose a dumbbell that can oscillate in good shape, but has some resistance. Start swinging the dumbbell, stopping to rest only when necessary. Try to do as many repetitions done with good form in the time period of 10 minutes.
What will happen?
If you chose the right weight, the exercise was performed correctly and rested as much as possible, what I have discovered is that you just got a complete workout the body that uses a variety of muscles, has a beating heart and chest heaving and burned a lot of calories. You see … you got your heart rate and respiration rates of up to resistance exercise! And that was just an exercise!
