I have the feeling cram regular type on the left side of my body.?
The pain starts from the back of my neck across the shoulder and ankle to the leg. Can anyone suggest an Ayurvedic, homeopathic, or any other form of remedy. I have 53 years and the problem is persistent since get some time.
