back pain during third trimester pregnancy
Postnatal health – back and hip problems!?
During pregnancy I experienced pelvic and hip pain, and found no such hard physical activity during the second and third trimesters, even walking through the supermarket. You may also feel a sense of friction at the base of my spine when walking and especially climbing stairs. I had my baby 6 months ago, and although my mobility is improving gradually, I noticed that my hips appearto at different levels, my left hip is significantly higher than the right! I'm sure it's not my imagination. You should see a doctor? What would you do? Furthermore, what consequences they may have that would in future pregnancies? Have you heard of anyone having a similar problem before? Help!
We agree to that. When I had my son 5 years ago, a broken hip slightly. Even today I still feel pain from time to time. Talk to your dr about getting into in physical therapy. We have to tighten the muscles around the joint so it hurts less and not imagining things arent … mine was a good 3 inches high aside. Physiotherapist was the only thing that helped me. Best of luck to you.
