BACK !!!????????????? PAIN

Hi all, I hoped I could help. I have 19 and have had really bad back pain, I've been having for a year. I went to my doctor and he said that exercise and have been for the past year, I started yoga. My back hurt him for all day and especially when I wake in the morning. I do not know what to do, there are times when it gets very full of pain that makes me close to tears. What should I do?? I am also eating healthy and drinking plenty of water but still the pain comes and goes. Please help: (

Yes, this is one that yoga can not help. You have pain that comes from a tight muscle and should be released so you can be free of pain again. This is not difficult, just to continue this exercise: Back: Place your left hand on his left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and finger muscle found next to his column cord. Click on it and maintain it. Relax, breathe deeply and exhale and not tense up any part of your body.
