back pain assessment
When in DC I can find a shoe / sporting goods store that is going to evaluate my walk, step, and run for the best running shoe?
I am looking for an assessment free – not wanting to pay high prices for opinions of hip-shot. I run long distances (averaging more than 7 miles per day) and my feet and back feel really pain after, so I think that is my running shoe …. looking for a good shop with a reputation as athletics or in the near future do not want to travel forever to get there – I live in DC If you've been through this or know of any place that does this type of service, please let me know. Check this out .. http://www.fleetfeetdc.com/ I have heard very good things on the fleet feet, although I have not been in one. The one in Louisville where I did a few months ago I recorded and a full assessment of his style running to find shoes to fit your needs, and also had several races that take place during the week. Hope this is a good choice for you!
